Trans Mission at Wembley: Why This Moment Matters

On 11 March, something genuinely beautiful is happening at Wembley Arena. Ten thousand voices will gather in one space, and I want everyone attending to understand how profoundly this moment matters, not just for those present but for what it signals about visibility, community, and collective strength.

In my work as a gender specialist, I see the isolation that can come with gender dysphoria and the often fractured pathways to care that trans people navigate. Events like this one offer something that clinic appointments and online resources, however vital, cannot fully provide: the lived experience of belonging to something larger than oneself.
