Cosmopolitan recently gave thirteen trans and non-binary people space to describe what the past year has really felt like. Their stories carry weight, honesty, and something I find myself returning to: moments of real hope woven through the harder parts.
When people share their experiences so openly, it matters. It shifts something in how we understand what it means to live authentically, and it reminds us that these are not abstract policy conversations, but real lives unfolding with courage and resilience.
